Employees, officers, or moderators of the Site will NEVER direct message (DM) you asking for funds, cryptocurrency, wallet seed phrases, or direct transfers. The User is solely responsible for verifying the identity of anyone they interact with on the Site or on connected third-party platforms. The User agrees that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between the Site and the User individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action-basis or to utilize class action procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any actions not subject to mandatory arbitration, the User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

Trade Genius Stock Signals service is a monthly or annual membership. After one months or one year—depending on the option the Member paid for, the Membership is renewed; if the Member opts not to renew they will lose access to the Trade Genius Stock Signals Member’s Area and be removed from the Trade Genius Stock Signals newsletter.
Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
